Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers throughout their used vehicle purchasing journey with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and financing options.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships to foster loyalty and referrals.
• Stay informed about products, their features, and current promotions.
• Collaborate with the team to meet individual and dealership sales targets.
• Deliver and explain sold vehicles.
• Follow up with potential clients and monitor web inquiries.
• Customer follow-up and management of rental and sales requests.

Desired Profile

• Sales experience; automotive experience is an asset, but training will be provided if necessary.
• Excellent communication skills, active listening, and negotiation.
• Proactive attitude, results-oriented, and exemplary customer service in a dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license; manual driving experience preferred.
• Availability to work on some evenings and Saturdays.
• Team spirit, autonomy, and organization.

Skills and Tools

• Software and CRM: CDK Global, Activix CRM, VAuto (commonly used in the role).
• Good customer follow-up practices and multi-channel follow-up (calls, emails, etc.).
