Job Offer: Specialist Technician in Transmission

Location: Grenier Chevrolet, a dealership renowned for its exceptional customer service.

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a passionate and motivated technician to join our dynamic team, specializing in Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosis & Repair: Automatic and manual transmissions.
• Road Tests: Technical analyses to identify transmission anomalies.
• Technical Operations: Dismantling, repairing, and reassembling transmission systems.
• Diagnostic Tools: Use of ECM, PCM, ECU tools.
• Quality Standards: Adherence to manufacturer standards.
• Reports: Complete repair reports and collaborate with the workshop manager.

Desired Profile

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in automotive transmission.
• Education: DEP in automotive mechanics or equivalent.
• Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC vehicles (a plus).
  • Valid CPA competency card.
  • Ability to work in a team and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license.

Additional Tasks

• Diagnosis and repair of engines (gasoline) and anti-pollution systems.
• Maintenance of hybrid or electric vehicles.
• Maintenance of air conditioning, heating, and fuel injection (gasoline) systems.
• Repair of electrical, electronic, suspension, steering, and hydraulic braking systems.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years as a Mechanic / Technician.
