Automotive Technical Advisor – Permanent – Albi Nissan Repentigny
About the position
We are looking for a dedicated technical advisor to support our customers throughout their maintenance and repair experience. You will welcome customers, identify their needs, propose suitable services, and coordinate interventions with the workshop to ensure quality service and high customer satisfaction.
Main responsibilities
- Greet customers and gather the necessary information to determine maintenance and repair needs.
- Propose appropriate maintenance and repair services and schedule interventions in coordination with the workshop.
- Ensure the quality of service and follow up throughout the process.
- Actively promote maintenance services and ensure customer loyalty.
- Document requests and ensure traceability of interventions.
Profile sought
- Experience in customer service, ideally in the automotive sector.
- Technical advisory DEP in vehicle maintenance and repair (an asset).
- Experience or knowledge in the automotive field (a significant asset).
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and adapt to a dynamic environment.
Working conditions
- Full-time day position, Monday to Friday.
- Permanent contract (CDI).
