Job Description

As a Technical Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Work Follow-up: Ensure rigorous follow-up on various interventions.
• Opening and Closing Work Orders: Manage work orders efficiently.
• Appointment Scheduling: Optimize the organization of appointments and manage our fleet of courtesy vehicles.
• Cost Estimation: Produce accurate estimates for repairs.
• Customer Service and Follow-up: Maintain an excellent relationship with our clients by responding to their needs.
• Sales of Products and Services: Contribute to the active sale of our products and services.
• Follow-up on Ordered Parts: Check and ensure the availability of necessary parts.
• Application of Warranties: Understand and apply manufacturer warranties and prepaid maintenance plans.
• Management of IT Platforms: Use multiple systems for effective management.

Job Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a similar position within the automotive industry.
• A strong interest in customer service and excellent interpersonal skills.
