Job Description

• Opening and closing work orders
• Scheduling appointments and managing the courtesy vehicle fleet
• Answering calls and setting up appointments
• Tracking parts on order
• Understanding and applying manufacturer warranties, including prepaid maintenance plans
• Handling extended warranty requests
• Managing multiple IT platforms
• We welcome all profiles with experience in the automotive industry
