Automotive Technical Advisor
Location: Montreal
We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Technical Advisor committed to service excellence to join our team. You will contribute to optimizing the customer experience and maintaining the highest standards of quality in our interventions.
Mission
Provide expert technical advice, assess customers' maintenance and repair needs, and ensure smooth communication between technicians and customers throughout the process, to guarantee a positive customer experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on the technical aspects of vehicles and offered services.
- Welcome customers, understand their needs, and propose appropriate solutions.
- Provide accurate cost and time estimates.
- Act as a link between technicians and customers and ensure transparent follow-up.
- Maintain a local and personal customer experience throughout the process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and automotive technologies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Keep clear and complete records of interactions and transactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through quality service.
Qualifications and Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technical advisor.
- In-depth knowledge of brands and their features.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional service.
