Job Offer: Technical Advisor – Automotive Service

Acura Montreal Centre is looking for a technical advisor to join its team. Permanent, full-time position, Monday to Friday schedule (no weekends). Modern, dynamic environment focused on customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the service department and open work orders.
• Track repair progress and close work orders.
• Schedule appointments, prepare for the next day’s work, and manage the courtesy vehicle fleet.
• Handle incoming calls and schedule service appointments; follow up on parts on order.
• Understand and apply manufacturer warranty policies, including prepaid maintenance plans and extended warranties.
• Use dealership’s tools and IT platforms efficiently.
• Provide professional and personalized customer service.
• Collaborate with technicians, parts department, and other team members to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Profile Searched

• Experience in the automotive industry (all relevant experience considered).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Organizational skills, autonomy, and professionalism.
• Proficiency with computer tools.
• Bilingual French-English (an asset).
