Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical advice on vehicles and maintenance and repair operations.
• Greet customers, assess their needs, and propose suitable solutions.
• Provide accurate cost and time estimates, and follow up on the process in collaboration with technicians.
• Ensure smooth communication between technicians and customers throughout the service.
• Offer a positive customer experience from start to finish and develop lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize customer satisfaction and results.
• Stay informed about market trends and automotive technologies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional service.

Additional activities related to the role (in coordination with the sales team)

• Delivery and explanation of sold vehicles
• Follow-up with potential customers
• Lease renewals
• Phone and/or email outreach
• Customer and web inquiry follow-up
• Sale of used and new vehicles
