Main Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and gather necessary information to identify and define repair and maintenance needs.
• Promote maintenance services and organize interventions while ensuring quality customer service.
• Schedule work hours and follow up on repairs in collaboration with the technical team.

Job Requirements

• Experience in a similar customer service-oriented role
• Technical advice diploma in vehicle maintenance and repairs (an asset)
• Experience in the luxury automotive field (a significant advantage)
• Valid driver's license

Working Conditions

• Day shift, full-time: Monday to Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• Permanent position
• Competitive salary
