Sprinter Truck Sales Advisor – Mercedes-Benz Ste-Agathe (Groupe Tremblay)

Location: Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, Quebec

Mercedes-Benz Ste-Agathe (Groupe Tremblay) is seeking a Sprinter Truck Sales Advisor to meet the growing needs of our professional clientele. You will oversee the complete sales cycle and work in collaboration with the service and financing teams to provide an optimal customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop a portfolio of professional clients (fleets, transporters, SMEs) and qualify opportunities.
• Present, demonstrate, and configure Sprinter vehicles; prepare and present quotes, options, and tailored configurations.
• Negotiate and close sales, including financial aspects (financing/leasing) and associated services.
• Guide clients throughout the sales process, coordinate deliveries, and ensure post-sale follow-up with service and parts teams.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the technical features and advantages of Sprinter; stay informed about product updates.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction and compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize the customer experience and promote cross-selling.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; ideally in automotive, utility vehicles, or B2B sales.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong customer service orientation, and negotiation and closing abilities.
• Good presentation, team spirit, organization skills, and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Fluent in French; English is appreciated.
• Valid driver’s license; flexible availability according to dealership needs.
• Knowledge or strong interest in Sprinter vehicles and commercial mobility solutions.
