Key responsibilities:

• Define and manage the financial strategy, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Supervise auto financing activities, credit policies, and internal controls
• Manage relationships with financial institutions and funding partners to secure the best conditions
• Develop and optimize the financial services offering (insurance and warranties) to enhance the customer experience
• Ensure compliance, risk management, and the quality of financial controls
• Lead and coach finance and credit teams, promoting talent development
• Prepare reports for management and support strategic decision-making
• Oversee all financial services related to the sale of insurance, loans, and automotive warranties

Desired profile:

• Proven experience in financial management and auto financing
• Leadership and team spirit: ability to lead with clarity and pedagogical approach
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Rigor, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Customer service orientation and capacity to propose sustainable solutions
• Knowledge of auto financing practices, as well as related insurance and warranties (asset)
• Fluent in French, both spoken and written
• Valid driver's license
