Auto Loan Partez is hiring to assist our clients in financing their vehicles. No prior experience in auto financing is required: comprehensive training is provided. Ideal for customer service, administrative, or secretarial professionals wishing to develop a career in auto financing.

Your role Assist clients at each step of the financing process and present the associated protections. You will help provide a professional, transparent, and reassuring experience, while ensuring the smooth handling of transactions with financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients and understand their needs
• Present auto financing options and insurance, protection, and warranty products
• Prepare and transmit credit applications
• Follow up with clients and financial institutions
• Prepare necessary documents to finalize files
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and procedures
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the proper handling of transactions
• Participate in the sale of used vehicles when necessary
• Business development and administrative follow-up (documents, signatures, payments)

Profile sought

• You enjoy customer contact and provide quality service
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to explain clearly
• Organized, meticulous, and attentive to detail
• Motivated to learn and acquire new skills
• Comfortable with computer tools
• Fluent in French, both spoken and written
• Valid driver's license
