Automotive Financial Services Specialist (F&I)

Joliette Toyota is looking for a Financial Services Specialist (F&I) to assist customers with vehicle financing and present insurance, protection, and warranty solutions. The ideal candidate is experienced, professional, results-oriented, capable of providing an exceptional customer experience and tailored solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist customers after purchase to finalize financing and related products.
• Advise on financing and leasing options; clearly present insurance, protection, and warranty products.
• Identify customer needs and propose straightforward, transparent, and relevant solutions.
• Process credit applications and follow up with financial institutions.
• Negotiate and secure the best possible financing solutions.
• Prepare, verify, and complete necessary documents; ensure compliance and prompt processing.
• Track files until vehicle delivery and provide proactive service.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Accounting, and Delivery teams.
• Keep updated on financial products and offered protections.
• Actively contribute to achieving and surpassing department goals.
• Ensure a professional, ethical, customer-focused experience.

Profile and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive financial services (F&I).
• Proven experience in selling insurance, financing, and automotive warranty products.
• Excellent communication, customer relationship, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to quickly build trust and manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Customer service and results-oriented, with strong organization and rigor.
• Autonomous, proactive, and team-oriented.
• Solid knowledge of automotive financial products and financing processes.
• Ethical mindset and focus on compliance.
