Service Manager – Multi-Brand Motorcycle Dealership

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, surround, and develop a team of technicians, technical advisors, and support staff.
• Optimize service performance: productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from diagnosis to delivery.
• Oversee scheduling, workflow, and quality control of repairs and maintenance.
• Manage warranties for multiple brands and ensure process compliance.
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), budgets, and objectives; report to management.
• Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Implement efficient processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm; Saturdays possible during busy periods.

• Proven experience in service management (automotive, motor sports, or related field).
• Motivating leadership and ability to develop talent.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented with a high standard of service.
• Good technical knowledge of motorcycles (multi-brand—major asset).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
