Technical Advisor / Technical Advisor – Assistant Director of the Automotive Service

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the Service Director in the operational management of an auto center. You will oversee work follow-up, customer relations, and process optimization to ensure quality services and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring work progress and managing work orders (opening and closing)
• Scheduling appointments and planning interventions
• Preparing estimates and repair quotes
• Handling and directing phone calls
• Distributing and coordinating tasks among technicians and teams
• Customer service and post-service follow-up
• Selling additional products and services
• Client follow-up and activity reporting

Candidate Profile

Experience and Background

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Advisor or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager (or similar roles)
• Valid driver's license

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel and Word)
• General IT skills and ability to quickly learn industry-specific software
