Mission

Ensure the effective coordination of after-sales operations, provide quality customer service, and oversee the management of work and appointments.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor the progress of work and ensure adherence to deadlines
• Open and close work orders and organize the schedule
• Book and coordinate customer appointments
• Prepare cost estimates for repairs
• Answer calls and establish initial contact with customers
• Distribute work among technicians and monitor progress
• Provide customer service and follow-up with clients
• Sell products and additional services

Profile Sought

Experience

• 3 years as a Technical Advisor
• 1 year as Service Manager
• 1 year as Assistant Service Manager
• 3 years as an Internal Technical Advisor

Driver's License

• Valid driver's license for automobiles

Skills and Tools

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and good computer skills
