Sales Advisor – New Vehicles

Volkswagen Boucherville, a proud member of the AG/AutoGroupe group, is looking for an experienced sales advisor for its new vehicle sales department.

Are you energetic, autonomous, passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience, and able to work both in a team and proactively and independently? Are you up-to-date with market trends and knowledgeable about German products? This position is for you.

Your responsibilities

• Promote and close the sale of new vehicles in a professional, ethical, and customer-centered manner, with outstanding service.
• Work diligently, systematically, and with attention to detail.
• Keep your knowledge of Volkswagen products and competitors up to date; actively participate in training.
• Adopt a professional, positive, and results-oriented attitude.
• Follow up with your clients and keep your CRM up to date.
• Collaborate with the team to offer a smooth and memorable customer experience.

Profile

• Proven experience in sales and negotiation.
• Knowledge of Volkswagen products (a significant asset).
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills.
• Good organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail abilities.
• Ability to meet the needs of a diverse clientele.
• Valid driver's license (Class 5) with a good driving record.
