New Vehicle Sales Representative

Mega Kia Brossard is looking for a New Vehicle Sales Representative to join a dynamic and successful team. If you are passionate about sales and customer service, this position is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers, build trust, and ensure an exemplary customer experience.
  • Understand customer needs and advise on new vehicles and available options.
  • Present the features, performance, and advantages of products, either in the showroom or via email.
  • Propose and describe relevant optional equipment.
  • Conduct test drives and manage customer identification procedures according to dealership requirements.
  • Explain long-term leasing options versus traditional purchasing based on customer needs.
  • Collect required information and complete documents related to sales preparation.
  • Understand and explain concepts of equity and residual value, as well as the depreciation principle.
  • Negotiate sales terms and obtain approval from the Sales Manager.
  • Inform and prepare customers for next steps with the Commercial Director.
  • Follow up with customers and web inquiries; ensure portfolio renewal.
  • Set and get approval for annual sales goals; regularly analyze performance and optimize time management.
  • Stay informed about product updates, accessories, and benefits for customers.
  • Participate in product and sales training as directed by the Sales Manager.

Profile

  • Experience in automotive sales (an asset).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and team spirit.
  • Motivation to achieve and surpass targets.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Knowledge of laws governing retail car sales (federal, provincial, and municipal).
