Job Description
Sales Director – New Vehicles (Montreal and Region)
GENX Automobile Group, with over 36 years of expertise, is seeking a Sales Director to manage our showroom and lead a high-performing, customer-focused sales team.

Responsibilities
- Track transactions, T.O. (turnover) and ensure sales closing
- Follow up on sold vehicles and handle their administration
- Manage the CRM for all clients (walk-in, phone calls, etc.)
- Oversee the BDC for incoming leads
- Train and motivate the sales team, promote teamwork in a customer-centric environment throughout the sales process
- Ensure each client receives attentive and professional service
- Collaborate with the team on programs to increase margins on new vehicles and expand after-sales services (financing and insurance)
Requirements and Skills
- Experience in automotive dealership
- Organized and structured system
- Excellent leadership and coaching abilities
- Positive leadership focused on communication and performance
- Strong interpersonal skills and sales abilities ("closer")
- Customer-oriented professionalism
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years as a Sales Director (or equivalent) in automotive industry
Driver's License
- Valid driver's license
