Sales Director – New Vehicles (Longueuil Toyota)

Longueuil Toyota, recently integrated into the Action Grenier Autogroupe group, is entering a new phase of growth under dynamic and ambitious leadership. We are seeking a New Vehicle Sales Director to lead our commercial performance while ensuring an exemplary customer experience and adherence to Toyota standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the new vehicle sales team.
• Deploy effective sales strategies and monitor KPIs (volume, profitability, customer satisfaction).
• Analyze results and adjust action plans to meet or exceed objectives.
• Guarantee an exceptional customer experience in line with Toyota standards.
• Work closely with finance, after-sales service, and senior management departments.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and internal procedures.

Desired Profile

• Experience in automotive sales management, ideally in new vehicles.
• Motivational leadership, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Adaptability to a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
• Relevant education (ideally bachelor’s degree or equivalent) and understanding of financing and after-sales processes.
