Key Responsibilities

• Present and explain financing and insurance options clearly and appropriately to the customer.
• Obtain and negotiate financing with approved lenders, ensuring conditions and timelines are met.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to financing and insurance.
• Propose and explain warranty extensions, insurance products, and value-added services.
• Prepare, verify, and archive financial documents and contracts accurately.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Follow up on customer files and ensure proper processing of information until completion.
• Verify the accuracy of financing and insurance fees charged.
• Manage vehicle financing and leasing according to financial institution standards.

Profile Sought

• Two years of experience in F&I, ideally with the Chrysler brand.
• Excellent knowledge of financing, credit, and insurance processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to clearly explain complex financial products.
• Rigor, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with relevant software and systems.
