Sales Advisor - Used Vehicles Genesis Saint-Laurent, located in Saint-Laurent near Montreal, is looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Sales Advisor for used vehicles to join our dynamic team. You will be at the heart of the purchasing experience, and your role is essential in providing personalized and high-quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assess their needs to recommend suitable solutions regarding certified used vehicles.
  • Present vehicles, conduct demonstrations and test drives, highlight benefits, financing options, and warranties.
  • Offer and negotiate financing solutions in collaboration with the financing team; prepare and finalize offers in accordance with internal policies.
  • Manage the entire sales process from A to Z, document transactions, and follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Use CRM and internal tools to track leads, update information, and achieve sales targets.
  • Work closely with after-sales teams to provide a comprehensive and seamless customer experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both English and French to interact with English-speaking clients when needed.

Candidate Profile

  • Bilingual French-English (required or preferred); ability to communicate with English-speaking clients when necessary.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales or a customer service-focused role.
  • Positive attitude, service-oriented, active listening, attention to detail, and team spirit.
  • Well-presented and professional; ability to quickly learn and adapt to a dynamic automotive sales environment.
  • Basic understanding of financing and credit processes; proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office preferred. Experience in automotive sales is a plus but not mandatory.
