Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and advise them according to the company's standards
• Detail vehicles and recommend products that meet the clients' needs
• Establish a climate of trust and accompany the customer throughout the sales process
• Answer questions and reassure customers
• Conduct test drives
• Ensure regular, high-quality follow-ups with customers
• Meet and exceed sales targets while adhering to internal processes

• Charismatic, energetic, and sociable
• Punctual and disciplined
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in automotive sales
• French and English spoken and written, intermediate-advanced level; ability to communicate with both Francophone and Anglophone clientele
• Dynamic, persuasive, and customer-service oriented
• Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in sales consulting (an asset)
• Valid driver's license
