Receptionist / Hostess – Evening – Car Showroom (Montreal)

Based in Montreal, this position is part of a recognized network of car dealerships. You will ensure quality reception in the evening and support the sales and technical teams in managing customer flow at the showroom.

Main Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers and visitors upon arrival; direct them to appropriate services (Sales, Service, Customer Support).
• Manage calls and messages, pass on information, and schedule appointments.
• Briefly introduce the showroom and the services offered; facilitate test drives and visits according to availability.
• Take charge of customers in the evening and coordinate the flow with internal teams.
• Maintain a clean and professional reception area; ensure compliance with image standards and safety norms.
• Use CRM and booking tools to register appointments and follow up with clients.
• Ensure the confidentiality of customer information and transactions; act with discretion and professionalism.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in reception, customer service, or similar role; experience in automotive or retail is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in French; English is an advantage.
• Neat appearance and professional attitude suited to the automotive industry.
• Proficiency with office tools and CRM/appointment booking systems.
• Availability to work in the evening; high flexibility and ability to handle large customer flows.
• Service-oriented, team spirit, organizational skills, and discretion.
