Job Details

- Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Thursday from 11 AM to 7 PM, and Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM

Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome clients and respond to their needs
- Professionally manage phone calls
- Perform various administrative tasks including inventory management and data entry
- Ensure follow-up and quality customer service
- Assist in cash management and financial transactions
- Collaborate in document production and vehicle registration
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of One-Eighty and CDK systems (a plus)
