Grenier BMW is seeking an energetic, customer service passionate Product Genius / Delivery Person, ready to invest long-term in a stable and reputable company in the luxury sector.

Job Description

In a team of two, you will accompany customers throughout their buying and delivery experience, ensuring a memorable and smooth service. You will also contribute to the preparation and management of vehicle deliveries.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday to Friday
• Variable hours depending on operational needs
• Strong possibility of overtime

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and direct them to the appropriate service or delivery
• Prepare and coordinate vehicle deliveries
• Present vehicles, explain their functions, features, and technologies
• Guide customers in handling the vehicle and configure the My BMW app according to procedures
• Explain digital features and answer questions
• Manage documents required during delivery
• Maintain close communication with sales managers to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Move vehicles as needed for operational purposes
• Participate in organizing and maintaining the inventory in the process and showroom
• Install plates and perform simple preparations on vehicles
• Attend BMW training to keep your knowledge up to date
• Provide support to various departments when necessary
• Perform any other related tasks related to dealership operations
