Main Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the entire parts and accessories department
- Control inventory and optimize ordering
- Provide exemplary service to technicians, advisors, and customers
- Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and the manufacturer
- Analyze department performance and aim for profitability objectives
- Implement operational and continuous improvement strategies
Desired Profile
- Experience in a similar role in the automotive field (a significant asset)
- Knowledge of automotive parts and inventory systems
- Good mastery of Serti and Etka software (an asset)
- Leadership, organizational skills, autonomy
- Excellent customer service and team management skills
