Parts Manager – Parts Department Supervisor

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Parts Manager to oversee our parts department. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, provide excellent customer service, and ensure efficient operations through rigorous organization and planning.

Main Responsibilities

• Define departmental objectives in collaboration with management
• Manage the department’s operational budget
• Monitor sales reports and productivity
• Design and operate tracking reports
• Monthly analysis of sales, expenses, and inventory to ensure profitability
• Lead the wholesale parts sales program
• Maintain balanced inventory meeting the needs of after-sales service, body shop, wholesale clients, and consumers
• Control and adjust inventory to minimize obsolescence
• Collaborate with the after-sales service manager, body shop manager, and accounting to ensure an efficient parts flow
• Guarantee a high level of service to external and internal clients
• Handle customer complaints promptly, according to dealership and/or management directives
• Ensure effective communication within the department and with other services

Candidate Profile

• Experience: minimum 2 years as Parts Manager (or equivalent)
• Key Skills: inventory management and stock control; financial and budget analysis
• IT Skills: proficiency with tracking tools and reports
• Leadership: ability to lead a customer service-oriented team
• Communication: excellent interdepartmental collaboration skills

Conditions and Schedule

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Location: Saint-Constant
