We are looking for a passionate and experienced Parts Clerk to join our dynamic team. You will be a key player in the parts department, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing effective support to the technical team.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and advise customers on parts and products suitable for their vehicles.
- Manage the parts inventory: receiving, organizing, and inventorying.
- Process orders and returns efficiently and systematically.
- Collaborate with service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Keep up-to-date with products and market trends.
Profile
- 3 years of experience in a similar position within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a good team player.
- Good knowledge of automotive parts and sales processes.
- Bilingual (advantage).
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
