Parts Clerk

Position: Parts Clerk (Motorcycle & ATV) – Mont-Royal

We are recruiting a passionate and experienced Parts Clerk to join our dynamic team. You will be a key element of the parts department, dedicated to customer satisfaction and supporting technicians.

Responsibilities

• Greet and advise customers on the necessary parts and products.
• Manage parts inventory: receiving, organizing, and inventorying.
• Process orders and returns efficiently and systematically.
• Collaborate with the service and workshop teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and market trends.

Candidate Profile

Skills and Experience

• Similar experience in the motorcycle industry.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently while being team-oriented.
• Good knowledge of parts and sales processes.
• Bilingual (French/English).

Working Conditions

• Location: Mont-Royal and surrounding areas
• Schedule: variable from Monday to Friday; 40 hours/week, possible 45 hours/week during peak season
