Job Description
Parts Clerk – passionate and experienced
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Parts Clerk to join our dynamic team. As the responsible person for the parts department, you will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and the efficiency of our technicians.
Your daily mission
- Welcome and advise customers (at the counter and on the phone) professionally, suggest the best solutions and accessories.
- Provide the exact and relevant parts for the workshops to ensure efficient repairs.
- Receive, label, organize, and order parts; ensure the stock is complete and neatly arranged.
- Follow up on special orders, manage returns, and collaborate with suppliers to find the sought-after parts.
The profile we are looking for
- CPA skill card (Class A or equivalent)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus
- Ability to manage priorities and emergencies without losing composure
- Natural collaboration with technical advisors and mechanics
