Parts Clerk – Customer Service and Inventory Management Kubota Montreal is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer service-oriented Parts Clerk.

• Permanent full-time position
• Salary starting at $26/hour

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers at the counter, by phone, and by email
• Advise customers in finding parts and accessories
• Sell parts and prepare price quotes
• Search for parts in electronic catalogs and computer systems
• Place orders with authorized suppliers and follow up
• Inform customers about delivery times and order statuses
• Receive, verify, and store incoming parts; contribute to inventory accuracy
• Collaborate with the service and sales departments to meet their parts needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Perform any other related tasks requested by the supervisor

Desired Profile

• Bilingual (French/English) required
• At least 3 years of experience as a parts clerk or sales advisor
• Strong customer service orientation, organization, and rigor
• Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously and work in a team
• Good computer skills; knowledge of the IntelliDealer system is an asset
• Experience with Kubota, Hiab, or Moffatt products and in the agricultural, industrial, or construction sectors is an advantage
