Career Opportunity: New Vehicle Sales Director

Job Overview

Léveillé Ford is seeking an exceptional Sales Director to lead our new vehicle department. Under the supervision of the General Sales Manager, you will be a cornerstone in achieving our sales goals and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Inspire and coach our team of sales consultants to optimize their performance.
  • Planning: Organize and refine the sales floor schedule (shifts, breaks).
  • Lead Tracking and Management: Integrate and diligently track all leads (direct, phone, web).
  • Sales Process: Ensure strict adherence to our sales processes and our CRM.
  • Performance Analysis: Review reports to quickly identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Strategic Communication: Prepare and present accurate reports to management.

Desired Profile

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in automotive sales management.
  • Leadership: Natural and focused on rigor and accountability.
  • Skills: Excellence in communication, coaching, and team management.
  • Expertise: Mastery of CRM tools (Activix, PBS, etc.).
  • Passion: Sensitive to performance and customer experience.
