Fortier Ford – New Vehicle Sales Advisor

Location

Montreal-Est | New dealership member of GENX Automotive Group

The Position

We are seeking a motivated sales advisor, customer service oriented, capable of boosting sales of new and used vehicles and supporting customers throughout their purchasing journey.

Key requirement: at least 1 year of sales experience; experience in the automotive sector is an asset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers in showroom and online, identify their needs, and offer suitable solutions (new and used vehicles, financing options, trade-in).
  • Present vehicle features and benefits, including electric models, with clarity and transparency.
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish: qualifying the customer, negotiating, preparing documents, coordinating with finance and after-sales teams, post-sale follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain a client and prospect portfolio via CRM; follow up on leads and maximize opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Work closely with finance and after-sales departments to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Keep the showroom and workspaces clean and attractive, and adhere to safety and presentation standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and stay informed about current promotions, updates, and offers.
  • Contribute to promoting electric vehicles and sustainable solutions offered by the group.

Desired Profile

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; automotive experience is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and effective communication.
  • Team spirit, independence, and ability to manage multiple files and leads simultaneously.
  • Results-driven and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Good command of computer tools and CRM; ability to quickly learn finance systems and product sheets.
  • Professional appearance and ability to adapt rapidly to current offers and promotions.
  • Valid driver’s license.
