New vehicle sales advisor

Position: Sales Advisor – Hyundai Sherbrooke (Full-time – Permanent)

Job Mission We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented Sales Advisor to assist our clients in their choices and contribute to the growth of our dealership.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assess their vehicle needs and budget
• Present new Hyundai models and highlight options and technical performance
• Conduct demonstrations and test drives, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction
• Present financing options, promotions, and trade-in programs
• Negotiate and close sales while adhering to internal policies and targets
• Maintain a proactive customer relationship: follow up on leads, follow-ups, and after-sales loyalty
• Input and update customer information and opportunities in the CRM
• Collaborate with the Service and Parts departments to ensure a smooth customer experience

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of one year of sales experience, ideally in the automotive sector
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Results-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed targets
• Team spirit, attentive listening, and ability to understand customer needs
• Proficiency in French; English is an asset
• Valid driver's license and availability according to business hours (including evenings and weekends)
• Good organization skills, autonomy, and time management
• Basic computer skills and experience with a CRM
