About the position

Élite Ford St-Jérôme, a leading Ford dealership in Saint-Jérôme (Quebec) and part of Groupe Tremblay, is seeking an experienced Sales Advisor to join a dynamic team. You will be at the forefront to propose tailored solutions, whether for new or used Ford vehicles, collaborating with the service and finance departments to provide a seamless and satisfying buying experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, listen to, and qualify customer needs to offer suitable solutions.
• Present and demonstrate Ford vehicles, highlighting technologies, benefits, and current promotional offers.
• Manage the sales process from start to finish: prospect qualification, presentation, negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up.
• Develop and maintain a customer portfolio, aim for a high conversion rate, and ensure long-term loyalty.
• Collaborate with the service, finance, and claims teams to guarantee an exceptional customer experience.
• Achieve and surpass individual and collective sales targets, in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Ford products, manufacturer programs, and promotions; use CRM for prospect and opportunity follow-up.

Profile – Skills and qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer service; automotive experience is a significant asset.
• Excellent communication skills, active listening, and the ability to quickly build trust.
• Results-oriented mindset, professional negotiation skills, and ability to close sales.
• Team spirit, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and office suite; valid driver’s license.
• Customer service mindset, neat presentation, and ability to follow established processes.
