Job Description
As a Sales Advisor, you will be on the front lines offering solutions tailored precisely to the needs of our customers, whether for new or used Ford vehicles. You will actively contribute to the team's success by ensuring an exceptional customer experience and helping achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Welcome, listen to, and qualify customer needs, propose suitable solutions.
- Present and demonstrate Ford vehicles (new and used), highlighting current technologies and offers.
- Manage the entire sales process: prospect qualification, presentation, negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up.
- Develop and maintain a customer portfolio, aim for a high conversion rate and lasting loyalty.
- Collaborate with service, finance, and claims teams to guarantee an exceptional customer experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual and collective sales targets, in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Ford products, manufacturer programs, and promotions; use CRM for tracking prospects and opportunities.
Profile
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or customer service; experience in the automotive industry is a major asset.
- Excellent communication skills, active listening, and ability to quickly establish trust.
- Results-oriented mindset, professional negotiation skills, and closing ability.
- Team player, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Office suite; valid driver's license.
- Customer service focus, neat presentation, and ability to follow established processes.
