Mechanic / Experienced Automotive Technician

LGS Prime Service, a specialist in the sale and maintenance of exotic, luxury, and standard vehicles, is seeking an experienced Mechanic / Automotive Technician to join a team dedicated to customer satisfaction and high-quality interventions on a variety of makes and models.

Mission

Join an experienced team and contribute to the maintenance, repair, and diagnosis of various vehicles, with particular attention to the demands of high-end vehicles.

Main Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems of various vehicles, including high-end models.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and servicing according to internal procedures and quality standards.
  • Use modern diagnostic tools and interpret data to determine effective intervention plans.
  • Diagnose and repair:
    • Gasoline engines
    • Anti-pollution systems
    • Hybrid or electric vehicles
    • Fuel injection systems
    • Electrical and electronic systems
    • Air conditioning and heating
    • Suspension and steering
    • Hydraulic braking systems
    • ECM/PCM/ECU programming
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and propose the best solutions.
  • Write clear intervention reports and document parts used and ordered.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, internal procedures, and vehicle presentation requirements.
  • Assist in inventory management and preparation of necessary parts and equipment.

Profile Sought

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a mechanic / automotive technician.
  • DEP in automotive mechanics or equivalent (or DEC in automotive technology).
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems; ability to read and interpret diagrams and diagnostic codes.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and OBD systems; multi-make experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach; good teamwork spirit and clear communication.
  • Autonomy, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Valid driver’s license.
