Main Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair diesel engines and systems (engine, fuel system, exhaust, transmission) on Ford vehicles and other brands
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and road tests
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams; use diagnostic tools and software
• Document interventions and communicate with relevant teams
• Follow safety standards and quality procedures; suggest improvements when necessary
• Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in automotive mechanics
• Minimum of 3 years experience in diesel
• Skills in electronic diagnostics and diesel engine maintenance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; excellent organization and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
