Automotive Mechanic Technician – Saint-Basile-le-Grand (2 positions)

St Bruno Nissan, a Nissan dealership in Saint-Basile-le-Grand, is seeking 2 automotive mechanic technicians to join a dynamic and professional team. Family-owned dealership established for three generations, experiencing growth and committed to quality work and employee well-being.

About the position

You will actively contribute to customer satisfaction through high-quality work and a collaborative work environment. You will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards, while ensuring safety and efficiency of interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Mechanically, electrically, and electronically diagnose vehicles
• Perform preventive and periodic maintenance
• Carry out general mechanical repairs (brakes, suspension, steering, transmission, etc.)
• Work according to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Collaborate with technical advisors and communicate repair information
• Conduct road tests and quality checks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop
• Perform any other related tasks assigned

Profile Required

• At least 1 year of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
• Valid driver's license
• Autonomous, rigorous, and team-oriented
• Service-minded with a strong work ethic

Additional skills and assets

• Experience with electric and hybrid vehicles
• Good knowledge of electronics and advanced diagnostics
• Ability to program ECM/PCM/ECU systems (advantage)
