Job Description

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Volkswagen vehicles according to manufacturer standards and deadlines.
• Perform preventive maintenance, mechanical repairs, and interventions on systems (engine, transmission, braking, suspension, electrical/electronic diagnostics).
• Read and interpret technical diagrams, OBD diagnostics, and technical documents with precision.
• Quickly diagnose the causes and propose solutions in collaboration with the workshop team.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, work quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Keep technical documentation up-to-date and contribute to continuous improvement of workshop processes.

Responsibilities and Environment

• Work in a modern and spacious workshop, supported by a professional and dynamic team.
• Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to optimize workflow and vehicle turnaround times.

• Engine diagnosis and repair (gasoline)
• Control and repair of anti-pollution systems
• Diagnostics and repairs on hybrid or electric vehicles
• Air conditioning and heating system
• Gasoline injection system
• Vehicle electrical and electronic systems
• ECM / PCM / ECU programming
• Suspension and steering
• Brake system (hydraulic)

Profile Sought

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in automotive mechanics or equivalent recognized qualification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive mechanics (experience in dealership or diagnostics is an asset)
• Knowledge of Volkswagen systems and technologies appreciated
• Valid driver’s license (category 5)
