We are currently seeking two experienced and motivated technicians to join our team at Longue Pointe Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat. As a key member of our dealership, you will contribute to the exceptional service of our customers and the success of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles, including Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Fiat.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance in accordance with brand standards and customer expectations.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure fast and quality service.
• Maintain up-to-date service records and inform customers about the status of their vehicles.

Qualifications

• Degree in automotive mechanics or equivalent degree.
• At least five years of experience in mechanics, ideally in a dealership.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems.
• Ability to work independently while being a good team player.
• Exemplary customer service and communication skills.

Technical Tasks

• Diagnosis and repair of gasoline engines, pollution control systems, hybrid or electric vehicles, air conditioning and heating systems, gasoline injection systems, electrical and electronic systems.
• ECM, PCM, ECU programming.
• Repair of suspension, steering, and hydraulic braking systems.
