Main Responsibilities

• Accurate Diagnostics and Repairs: Work on a variety of motorcycle and scooter models with sharp skills.
• Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Ensure the safety and performance of vehicles according to manufacturer standards.
• Identification and Resolution of Mechanical Issues: Advise our customers to optimize the maintenance of their vehicle.
• Organized Work Environment: Maintain a space compliant with safety standards.
• Collaboration and Service Goals: Engage with the team to meet and exceed expectations.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Automotive Mechanics or Equivalent: With at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Mechanical Systems: Ability to work on various motorcycle models.
• Diagnostic Skills: Proficiency in using modern technologies.
• Attention to Detail: Commitment to quality service.
• Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team.

Specific Tasks

• Engine (Gasoline): Diagnostics and repair.
• Pollution Control Systems: Diagnostics and intervention.
• Hybrid/Electric Vehicles: Expertise required.
• Air Conditioning and Heating: Diagnostics and maintenance.
• Fuel Injection Systems: Detailed repairs.
• Electrical and Electronic Systems: Interventions on circuits and components.
• ECM/PCM/ECU Programming: Advanced tuning.
• Suspension and Steering: Necessary repairs.
• Braking System (Hydraulic): Crucial maintenance.

Additional Experience and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Mechanic / Technician.
• License: Motorcycle driver's license required.
• Personal Qualities: Efficiency, leadership, and responsibility.
• Certifications: ASE - Mechanics, Factory Certification, ASE - Advanced Engine Performance Specialist, ASE - Engine Machinist Certification.
