Mechanic / Technician Companion (Level 1, 2, or 3) – Nissan/Infiniti Vehicles

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electronic, and electrical systems of vehicles, including electric vehicles.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs in accordance with Nissan procedures and dealership standards.
• Diagnose malfunctions using dedicated tools and software, and document interventions accurately.
• Collaborate with technicians and the service team to ensure quick customer vehicle turnaround times and provide the best possible experience.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and workshop quality standards.
• Participate in continuous process improvements and technical training.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Degree in automotive mechanics or equivalent recognized qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive mechanics; experience with Nissan or Infiniti products is an asset.
• Demonstrated diagnostic skills and ability to work on electric vehicles and their systems.
• Valid driver’s license; availability for flexible hours if necessary.
• Good customer service skills and team spirit.
• Fluent in French; English is a plus.
