About the Company

OK PNEUS LAVAL is a trusted auto service and tire specialist in Laval. We are seeking an experienced mechanic/technician to join our dynamic workshop.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles of various makes and models using diagnostic tools and software.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine services (oil, filters, brakes, tire rotation, alignment).
• Inspect and replace worn components in brake, steering, suspension, exhaust, electrical, and transmission systems.
• Assist senior technicians with complex repairs, testing, and reassembly; document work and parts used.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and warranty requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace; manage tools and equipment in the workshop.
• Communicate effectively with customers when necessary and support service advisers with accurate time estimates.

Profile and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in auto repair.
• Professional training or certification in automotive technology.
• Proficiency with diagnostic equipment (OBD-II scanners, multimeters, computerized testing tools) and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and repair procedures.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to work in a fast-paced workshop.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, team spirit, and excellent communication skills.
