Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults on Toyota vehicles and associated brands.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine repairs (oil changes, brakes, suspension, transmission, air conditioning, exhaust, electronic diagnostics, etc.).
• Read and interpret manufacturer procedures, diagrams, and diagnostic codes; use Toyota diagnostic tools and software.
• Document interventions and ensure traceability of work for service advisors and clients.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure optimal turnaround times and impeccable quality.
• Follow safety standards and quality assurance procedures; actively participate in ongoing training and workshop practice improvements.

Profile Sought

• Experience: minimum 1 year in automotive mechanics.
• Skills: solid mechanical and electronic diagnostics; knowledge of Toyota systems is a plus.
• Technical skills: reading and interpreting technical diagrams and manuals; proficiency with diagnostic tools.
• Customer service: excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Education: DEP or equivalent in automotive mechanics; valid driver’s license.
• Languages: fluent French.
• Personal qualities: team spirit, organization, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Skills and Tools

• Knowledge of diagnostic tools and software (PBS Systems and other Toyota tools).
• Ability to program and troubleshoot ECU/ECM/PCM systems.
• Skills in maintenance and repair of hybrid/electric and anti-pollution systems.
