Automotive Mechanic / Technician – Audi (EV Specialist)

About Audi West Island

Premium Audi dealership located in Dollard-des-Ormeaux (Quebec). We are looking for a motivated and skilled mechanic/technician to join a team dedicated to technical excellence and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Audi vehicles and SUVs according to manufacturer standards and technical rules.
• Perform preventative maintenance, mechanical and electrical repairs, and replace OEM Audi parts.
• Use diagnostic tools and systems to identify faults and propose sustainable solutions.
• Accurately document interventions in the management system and ensure traceability of work.
• Collaborate with the service team to provide prompt, efficient, and customer-oriented service.
• Participate in technical updates and ongoing training to maintain a high level of expertise.
• Follow safety procedures and workshop quality standards.
• Diagnostic and repair areas include:
  • Engine diagnosis and repair (gasoline)
  • Anti-pollution system diagnostics
  • Hybrid and electric vehicles
  • Air conditioning/heating systems
  • Fuel injection system
  • Electrical and electronic systems
  • ECM/PCM/ECU programming
  • Suspension and steering
  • Hydraulic braking system

Desired Profile

• Minimum of one year of experience in automotive mechanics; experience with Audi or German vehicles is an asset.
• Education: diploma in automotive mechanics or equivalent; relevant certifications appreciated.
• Solid knowledge of engine, transmission, electrical and diagnostic systems; proficiency with diagnostic tools and safety practices in the workshop.
• Team spirit, customer service orientation, and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record are appreciated.
• Experience with EV/hybrid vehicles is a significant advantage.
