About the position

We are looking for an experienced Mechanic / Technician, ideally with expertise in electrical and electronic systems, to join a team focused on customer service and quality.

Main responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles of the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Fiat brands according to manufacturer standards.
• Perform electrical and electronic diagnostics using specialized tools; interpret diagrams and service manuals.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs respecting deadlines and quality standards.
• Accurately document interventions and parts used; ensure follow-up on work orders.
• Collaborate with service advisors and the workshop team to optimize the customer experience.
• Follow safety procedures, internal policies, and vehicle reliability and resale requirements.

Technical areas and associated tasks

• Diagnosis and repair of gasoline engines and anti-pollution systems
• Diagnosis and repair of hybrid or electric vehicles
• Diagnosis and repair of air conditioning, climate control, and heating systems
• Diagnosis and repair of fuel injection systems
• Electric and electronic diagnostics and repairs
• ECM / PCM / ECU programming
• Repair of suspension, steering, and hydraulic braking systems
• Valid driver’s license required
• Software proficiency: SERTI (Administration)

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive mechanics
• Experience in electrical and electronic diagnostics preferred
• DEP or equivalent in automotive mechanics (or equivalent experience)
• Valid driver’s license
