Main Responsibilities:

• Perform work according to repair orders accurately, adhering to manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Participate in vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with the consulting team to manage additional procedures or delays.
• Participate in in-person and online training sessions.
• Conduct road tests to ensure the quality of the work performed.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of one year as a mechanic/technician or apprentice.
• Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate.
• Team Spirit: Strong work ethic for collaboration and teamwork.
• Certifications: Competency card issued by the Joint Automobile Committee.
