Mechanic / Technician (Apprentice) – Montreal-East Toyota (Groupe Tremblay Auto)

Main Responsibilities

• Assist experienced technicians in repairs and preventive maintenance on Toyota vehicles and other brands, under supervision.
• Perform routine tasks: oil changes, filter and spark plug replacements, basic brakes, tires, level and fluid checks.
• Participate in diagnostics under supervision and learn to interpret manufacturer codes and procedures.
• Conduct road tests and functional tests after work, ensuring safety and work quality.
• Keep the workshop clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures and quality standards.
• Document interventions and update work reports in the service system.

Profile Sought

• Team spirit, technical curiosity, and motivation to learn; good manual dexterity and ability to follow instructions.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Students or professionals undergoing career transition in the automotive field are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems; ability to work in a workshop environment and use diagnostic tools and instruments.
