Job Description
Logistics Coordinator – CEC Workshop (Montreal)
Temporary 36-month contract
Mission
Supervise logistical activities related to the transportation, movement, washing, and preparation of vehicles within the CEC workshop. Plan moves, oversee jockeys, and ensure smooth operations to optimize productivity and reduce downtime.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities related to the movement and preparation of vehicles.
- Use Protractor and Astus FMS systems to monitor operations and ensure traceability.
- Plan and assign operational tasks according to established priorities.
- Monitor execution and ensure the quality of operational activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and internal procedures.
- Serve as a resource person to resolve daily operational issues.
- Train employees on operational processes and the use of IT tools; ensure ongoing training and support for team members.
- Participate in the hiring process and onboarding of new employees.
- Plan internal and intersite vehicle movements via IT systems.
- Coordinate towing and required transports based on operational needs.
- Optimize utilization of operational spaces and vehicle circulation.
- Provide updates and monitor operations using internal tools.
- Collaborate with different teams to align operational priorities.
- Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to practices and operational processes.
Desired Profile
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma of 2 to 3 years in a technical field, project management, operations, or equivalent.
- At least 12 months’ experience with Protractor, Astus FMS, Outlook, and Excel.
- At least 12 months’ experience in team integration and training.
- At least 18 months’ experience in coordination within car-sharing sector.
- At least 12 months’ team coordination experience.
- Valid driver's license (Class 5).
Assets
- Experience in operational planning and activity coordination in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of workshop operations or similar operational environments.

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary: CAD 65,145.60 (CAD 34.80/hour)
- Working hours: 36 hours/week
