Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on a variety of vehicles, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections to optimize vehicle performance.
- Clearly and accurately document all interventions, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Provide exemplary customer service: explain problems and repairs clearly and respectfully.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and continuously develop your technical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a mechanic/technician in a dealership or service center.
- Relevant professional certification or equivalent qualification in automotive technology.
- Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and updating knowledge in automotive technology.
